Cocktail Recipe: Aviation-ish Sour
It tastes how a day-drunk nap in a springtime garden smells—you know what we mean?
Bright, floral, refreshing, and unusually Kool-Aid hued—the Aviation cocktail is an easy-to-pull off but very impressive summertime drink. Not to mention that it looks totally dreamy next to our Taro dinnerware .

The key ingredient here is Crème de Violette. It's a french liqueur that has a lovely violet flavor that really can't be replaced. You should be able to find it at most specialty liquor stores. We particularly like the Rothman & Winter brand.
