Playing around with color stories and composition with photography and styling still lifes. I was a wardrobe stylist for 8 years and so I love creating beautiful vignettes and seeing how light captures a moment.

I absolutely love Celery. Our celery glaze is the defining color hue at my dinner table because it makes food look so much more natural and delicious.
My living room characterized as “The Great Room“ here in the south was constructed out of a two-story log cabin from the 1890’s. This room has 20 ft ceiling with a skylight, fireplace and is informed by a large pit seating area, my artwork collection and a stereo system. I enjoy my Great Room because of its historical value, the scale of the room, the eclectic design features and how peaceful it is.
I love to cook and I have come to appreciate the art of gardening. If I can leisurely cook a meal and set the table with hydrangeas from my garden - it is a good day indeed!
I visited The National Gallery of Art in Washington DC to see the Gauguin exhibit. It took my breath away to see & feel his use of vivid color juxtaposition against more color in the rendering of so many beautiful Tahitian woman in an outdoor landscape.
