We’ve been having a little too much fun finding new ways to enjoy this good-on-everything truffle honey. A natural pairing with any and all sharp cheese, it has earned a permanent spot on our charcuterie lineup, though it’s equally delicious when drizzled on chicken and roasted veggies. Our newest kink? Lathering this spread on sandwiches and paninis. Deliziosa!
This honey is made by Urbani Truffles, a family-run truffle operation based in Italy. Their truffle hunters dig up the black truffles used in this honey in the late spring and summer. Black truffles are subtler in flavor than their white counterparts, allowing you to add as much you like without overpowering the rest of your dish.
