Greek Mountain Tea

Antioxidants and ancient wisdom packed in a stem.

Greek Mountain Tea, made from Sideritis plants (ironwort), is a staple in many Greek households. Its flavor is similar to green tea, but much more mellow. Its earthy flavor has warm undertones of mint, chamomile, and sweet citrus. It also comes naturally without the caffeine, so it’s safe to drink into the wee hours of the evening.

This Sideritis plants used in this tea from Daphnis & Chloe is grown exclusively at rocky elevations of 3200 ft and higher, hand-picked and carefully bundled. Greek Mountain Tea is also known as "Shepherd’s Tea" and has been grown and enjoyed by Grecians for centuries.
