Dark, slightly chewy, tart, and fruity- these sour cherries are incredible over greek yogurt, ice cream (vanilla! pistachio!) or used as edible decoration pies and cakes.
Made in Peloponnese, Greece, the sour cherry preserve by K. Klonis is the dessert that was traditionally served to visitors, on a small plate with a small spoon, to "sweeten them".
