This versatile organic extra virgin olive oil is made from Koroneiki olives harvested from a collective of sustainability-focused seaside olive farms of Greece’s Peloponnese peninsula. One of those farms has been farmed for generations by the family of Cristiana Sadigianis, who studied holistic nutrition before founding Oracle. She had long dreamed of sharing her family’s olives, which have been found to have, as she writes on Oracle’s website, “an unusually high concentration of anti-inflammatory phenolic compounds,” with a larger audience.
