Stellar Tablecloth

Connie's favorite—a dreamscape of Ancient Egyptian allegory hand-printed in Cairo on an exquisite linen tablecloth from an incredible women-owned company.

This incredible hand silk screen printed tablecloth was inspired by the cosmic allegories commonly depicted on ceilings of Egyptian temples. The illustrations spread over the tablecloth like a surrealist dream, featuring various planets, stars, and Goddess Nut, Egyptian goddess of the sky and protector of the world.

Made by Malaika Linens, an Egyptian maker focused on the revival of traditional North African textiles and housewares and their mission of empowering their community by teaching hand embroidery and printing to women and refugees.
